Environmental Service Attendant - Healthcare Clinic

Location: Tyler, TX

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Midweek days off

Dean's Professional Services is now hiring Environmental Service Attendants to work in a healthcare clinic in Tyler, TX. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a professional healthcare setting by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Position Overview:

The Environmental Service Attendant is responsible for performing general cleaning and sanitation duties in a healthcare facility. This includes maintaining cleanliness and order in patient areas, restrooms, hallways, and other high-traffic areas to support infection control and ensure patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of all assigned areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and clinical spaces
* Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
* Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with company policies
* Adhere to all infection control and safety standards
* Respond to emergency cleaning situations as needed
* Communicate effectively with facility staff and supervisors

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior custodial or environmental services experience in a healthcare setting preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
* Must be dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
