Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Occasional OT and/or Saturdays)

About the Role: As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department and dealerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Guiding new hires through onboarding and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Administering group benefits and assisting with enrollment.
  • Maintaining and organizing employee files and records.
  • Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.
  • Generating reports, verifying employment, and other administrative tasks.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
    • A team-oriented approach combined with the ability to work independently.
    • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education & Experience:
    • An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience (1 year of HR work or training).
